Basic Info

• Smaller pieces will be priced accordingly.
• Larger scale pieces can take multiple sessions and for ongoing clients no new projects will be started until the previous project is finished.
• Quality over quantity! Raydems is known to be very efficient but with that being said please do not expect a finished piece in one session if it’s a regular/larger size piece as quality takes time. Due to many years of high expectations for a big quantity off work Raydems will be focusing on quality from here on out rather than big amounts of work!
• Sessions are not structured as a day rate or hourly rate it’s a set rate for regular to larger sized work, if you can not tolerate the pain on a full session please ask for another alternative but full sessions will take priority
• Session times generally start at 11am and go until 5pm
• Stencil/freehand and preparation time is included in your session time.
• When emailing please attach pictures of the area your looking to get tattooed this is best done by getting someone else to take the photos in good lighting
• Include previous works by Raydems or any other inspiration/ideas in your email enquiry
• Creative freedom is essential for your enquiry to be accepted and for the best possible result.
• Raydems aims to do original concepts, these concepts can be inspired by other works but will not be replicated. AI generated work is not encouraged but clients are welcome to send generated work as a way to describe an idea/reference point but will not be used for the final design. Please respect this when enquiring

Deposits/payments

• All payments must be made in cash on the day of appointment unless discussed otherwise.
• Deposits are made via bank transfer.
• If a deposit is not received in a timely fashion, your appointment may be assigned to another client and you will need to arrange another available date. No deposit no booking.

• A non-refundable deposit is required for each booking. It is not refundable by any means.
• Deposit comes off total on the day
• If you cannot attend your booking you can contact to re-schedule. Please allow at least 7 days notice before the booking in order to reschedule.
• Failing to show up on the day or not give at least 7 days notice will forfeit the deposit and a new deposit will need to be made to make another booking.
• Keep in mind that larger projects can take multiple sessions and will require a deposit for each booking.
• Multiple cancellations/reschedules will also forfeit your deposit and possibly result to no future bookings.
• No shows with no communication will not be tolerated and will more than likely result in not being able to book in again, no exceptions!
